I took my first hot power vinyasa class at the age of 18 and have really never looked back since.
I was immediately addicted to the intensity of the practice, the connection between the mind and the body, and the community that comes with yoga.
I started taking yoga, and private Pilates reformer classes, as a way to cross train for ballet. After suffering an injury to my femur while dancing professionally, yoga and Pilates were the only things that kept me physically and mentally stable.
This is why I truly believe that movement is medicine.
The thing I love most about teaching is being able to make people feel like the most confident versions of themselves.
Whether you're having a bad day, or going through a tough breakup, or dealing with a lot of life changes - you can step into a yoga or Pilates class and leave feeling so much better. It cleanses your mind and strengthens your body.
A workout class is so much more than just a workout. It's a place to feel safe, powerful, loved, supported, and strong as hell.
